Production time

Most FFULLA pieces are made to order. Please refer to the estimated production time on each product page. Shipping time begins after production and quality inspection are complete.

Select in-stock items ship the next business day and typically arrive within 3 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable and calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Complimentary shipping may be available for qualifying orders shipped to Hong Kong SAR and China. The exact fee is shown before purchase.

Delivery & Signature

  • All items are insured and registered for their full value while in transit.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Taxes & Duties

  • Hong Kong SAR: No import duties apply.
  • China: Duties and taxes may apply upon import and are the customer's responsibility.
  • United States: Taxes are applied at checkout according to the shipping address.
  • European Union & United Kingdom: Prices include applicable VAT and duties, with no additional charge upon delivery.
  • Other international destinations: Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Tracking & Important Notes

Once your order ships, we will email a FedEx tracking number. Packages cannot be rerouted after dispatch for insurance reasons. Delays caused by severe weather, natural events, carrier disruption, or an incorrect address are outside our control.

If a package appears tampered with or lost, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

Special Delivery Arrangements

If your order is intended for a proposal, anniversary, or another surprise occasion, contact us in advance. Where possible, we can help coordinate holding a parcel at a FedEx location or delivery on a particular date.
